STATIC CARE Mat Cleaner is specifically designed for cleaning and maintaining a broad range of static dissipative surfaces. Regular cleaning and detergent compounds destroy the static dissipating properties of highly specialized conductive mats, rendering static control maintenance programs ineffective. STATIC CARE Mat Cleaner removes dirt and soil while maintaining or increasing static dissipative properties. STATIC CARE Mat Cleaner is effective on all types of ESD control matting and hard surfaces such as workbenches, storage racks, and counter tops. STATIC CARE Mat Cleaner may also be used to clean computer screens, computer cases, and plexiglass surfaces. Environmentally safe, it is noncorrosive, nonflammable, and biodegradable.

Directions For Use:

On ESD Surfaces such as mats or table-tops, apply PM1504 to the entire surface. Use a lint-free cloth to wipe the surface until dry. For tough stains, soak the surface for 30 seconds before wiping clean. For smaller surfaces, the cleaner can be applied directly to a cloth or swab. For computers and acrylic surfaces, dilute 1:4 with water. It is recommended to test the surface after cleaning to ensure that all insulative contaminates such as dirt and grime have been removed.
