The 7220.840.SET two-point probe are designed to measure surface resistance of small areas. The 840 probe works specifically with the Wolfgang Warmbier Resistance Meters Metriso 3000, Metriso B530 and SRM200 surface resistance meters. The probe has a spring loaded mechanism for good surface contacts, conductive rubber electronics and a BNC quick removable head.
